David is a Chartered Surveyor having qualified with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1992. Joined Harwoods in 2012 and became a Partner in 2013. Areas of expertise; Building Surveys, Homebuyers Reports and formal valuation work.

Mark joined Harwoods in 2004 working initially in the Residential Sales team before successfully undertaking Home Inspector/Energy Assessor training. Mark then continued his professional development before qualified as a Chartered Surveyor with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 2014. Areas of expertise; Homebuyers Reports, formal Valuation work, Probate Valuations, Domestic Energy Assessments, Commercial Energy Assessments.

Michael has been with Harwoods since 1994. Associate member of the National Association of Estate Agents from 1986 and became a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents in 1996. Member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents. Areas of expertise; Residential Property Sales, Auctions, Informal Tender Sales, Probate Sales.

Philip joined Harwoods in 2010 having already gained broad estate agency experience with another estate agency group. Philip studied and passed his National Federation of Property Professionals training to qualify as a Member of the National Association of Estate Agents in 2011. Areas of expertise; Residential Sales and pre-sale marketing advice, New Homes Sales, Auctions, Informal Tender Sales.

Wendy joined Harwoods in 2004 having previously worked for a national firm of Chartered Surveyors. She has many years of experience in the local property market and is regularly called on by both new and existing landlords for help and advice when looking to expand their existing portfolios. Areas of expertise: Residential Lettings and Residential Property Management.

Donna is our Financial Controller and has been with Harwoods since 2013. She works in cooperation with our Residential and Commercial Management Departments to ensure the speedy payment of Landlords and handles our day to day business accounting functions.

Sue is another original member of the Harwoods team having been with the firm from our opening back in 1993. Sue handles the back-office support within our Commercial Agency & Commercial Management Department

Louise has been with Harwoods since the firm was created in 1993 and works in our Professional Department as part of our Administration team who provide the back-office support for our busy team of Chartered Surveyors.
